lecture 15, wonders of Hajj
Assalamu alikum, I have a query regarding those people who are not pious, actually opposite, like we see some politicians who are cruel to mankind , or people earning through haram means , and they go to Hajj, so is it that even they are invited by ALLAH Almighty, and they also made a covenant with God and said Labaik, in the world of particles?
Salamun alaykum On one hand, one must consider that there might be some good deeds done by such people that are not known to anyone but Allah. However, on the other hand, it is mentioned in narrations that towards the end of time, many people will go for Hajj not with the intention of servitude but for trade deals, business purpose, to show off or just for fun. Such people are definitely not the ones who made a covenant with God because their intention was not to seek the proximity of God throught the rituals of Hajj.
