“Peace be on you, O, daughter of Musa bin Jafar! May Allah confer His Mercy and blessing on you!”
The 10th Of Rabi’ al-Thani is a day of grief for the lovers of the Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them). On this day the daughter of our 7th Imam, Imam Kadhim (peace be upon him), due to the Oppression of the Abbasid Caliphate, departed from this world. The Imam had named her beloved daughter Fatimah and her brother, Imam Ridha (peace be upon her) gave her the title of Masumah (the infallible). The title of Ma’sumah given to her by an Infallible Imam speaks volumes for her Esteemed Status.
Lady Ma’sumah (peace be upon her) in order to propagate and defend the Divine Authority of the Imam of her time, Imam Ridha(peace be upon him), had the etiquettes of Lady Fatimah and Lady Zainab (peace be upon them). Her trip from Medina towards Khurasan with the aim of reuniting with Imam Ridha (peace be upon him), although led to her demise, is an Everlasting Story of being a steadfast devout towards guarding and propagating Wilayah.
The Sanctuary Of Lady Ma’sumah
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) says: Allah (s) has a sanctuary that is Mecca. The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) also has a sanctuary which is Medina. Similarly, the Commander of the faithful also has a sanctuary which is Kufa and we also have a sanctuary that is Qom. Soon a lady from my progeny will be buried over there whose name will be Fatimah. Whoever visits her, Paradise will become obligatory on him/her.
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) in a statement mentioning the lofty status of Lady Ma’sumah (peace be upon her) says: Through the intercession of Fatimah al-Ma’suma (peace be upon her); all our Shias will enter Paradise.
